How does the Process Work?
As soon as possible after the employee is notified, we will meet with the terminated employee at our Outplacement Office.  We help them understand that a career transition can be an opportunity for re-examining personal and professional goals as well as an opportunity to find a personally rewarding new career.  We will get them looking forward, not backward and provide them the tools to find and select the right position.
